U-Boat Front Clasp for review

Hello Gents, going through my collection I have -after years !- found again this U-Boat front clasp in bronze which I was missing. Although the clasp piece suffered a lot (it came in this condition once from a private estate here in Germany) I would appreciate a review. I have another PEEKHAUS Berlin Schwerin in my collection in very nice condition, but this one here differs in the closing needle and it is numbered with "1355". The "C" on "SCHWERIN" is slightly smaller which is a good indicator for me..but I appreciate any further opinions. Thank you.

This is a fake. If you use the search function for this clasp, you will see why. The heavily corroded condition might be an attempt to make it look salty and makes it very difficult to compare lettering with originals, but from what I can see, it is a bad one.
