Hi Peter,
Like the Minesweeper you just posted, this also appears to be a cast reproduction of a Schwerin badge but they didn't bother trying to reproduce the maker mark on the reverse. Lots of casting pits in this one, and again the wrong hardware.

I can only agree with Norm, looks like a cast fake to me as well.
