No, genuine badges are only known in zinc. Search here and you will find plenty of non-zinc fakes.

I agree with Mike.
All known RS&S Fleet badges were produced in zinc with four variant reverse set ups as illustrated below.
All of the reverse set ups featured a "ball" hinge,typical of many Gablonz manufacturers.
