Hi nd164th,

The U-Boat is the well-known "cyclops" fake.

The Coastal Artillery is what we call a "wartime compatible" Souval -- that is to say, it was made by Souval in Vienna with the same tooling and hardware used in wartime although very possibly finished post-war. That's as good as can get with Souval badges without good provenance since his production still looked the same at least until the late 60's if not later. Still a nice badge and shouldn't be too expensive if you don't mind that it never saw any combat and possibly only existed for the souvenir or "replacement" market.
