Hi Edmil,

This is a cast reproduction of a Souval or a Hobacher badge with wrong hardware attached and a spurious "L/18" stamp to finish it off. Interesting to see.

I agree, it's a fake
That fat '8' in the bogus maker's mark looks somewhat familiar to me. I think it was also used on other fakes.
