Need help with these two badges.

Hi guys! Anybody can tell me the makers of these to badges?

The A. Cruiser badge it's french made, right?

I'm afraid these both just look like castings of badge planchets. Like you said, one made from a so-called "French-made" badge and the other made from a Hobacher Minesweeper.

Hi Norm! These two were given to me by a kind WAF member, who said they were rescued from a fire, therefore the bad conditions and the lack of back-pins.
