New Arrival Zinc Minesweeper

Hello All,
this new chap arrived today. I have been trying for days to get on to Norm's epic work to try and identify the maker but the transfer to the new server does not seem to be complete.
Can anyone please give me some idea of the maker..

Looks like an unmarked Wilhelm Hobacher.

Have a feeling that it's by a well known member here on WAF from Canada but can't say for sure

I saw this one as well, it is an unmarked WH.
