2 x Schnellboot Badges for review

this two badges are offered to a friend of mine!
My know-how in marine-badges is not good,
but i want to help him for review.
So i want to know your opinions about this badges!
I am not excited with this badges!

Repainted both of them, if not all fake. Wouldn't touch them even if they are just repainted.

I can tell you that both badges are 100% bad. For example, the 1st pattern is a fake that has been around since the late 90's.
