Since the ship was scuttled in 1919, this plaque might commemorate a memorial expedition to where it saw action in the North Sea.

Germans are real big on having plaques to put on the grills of their cars. ADAC is the Auto insurance Company that came down from DDAC. They would sponsor all sorts of car trips and this is one of them. The fourth one to be exact. Here are a group of Afrika Korps plaques that were at the various Veterans meetings. Extremely well made
