It depends on what you mean by "fake". That's a '57-type clasp without swastika and never meant to represent a wartime badge. Even as such it's not good early quality.

I'd recommend you re-post it in the the '57 forum for more comments:

Norm for me it looks like a cast fake of a 1957 spange.
