I wanted to know if the cloth badge of the ubootskreisbachein was presented for a each recipendiere of the ubootskreisbachein ?

If it doesn't have the case, can you know how much one summer factory ?

As JAndrew mentioned in his earlier reply, the cloth U-Boat badges were not awarded. The sailors were awarded a metal badge (it would have been Tombak in this case and zinc later on in the war like his U-Boat clasp). Regulations required individuals to wear their badge so a market developed for these private-purchase cloth versions which were presumably easier to wear. However this practice was forbidden after mid-1942 so theoretically you shouldn't see photographs of these in wear in the late war period, only earlier.

The cloth U-boat badge/patch was private purchase so was not officially presented to the sailor. He had to buy this cloth badge on his own from one of many vendors who produced cloth badges in the beginning of the war.
