is there any complete list of the roll clasp winners for the kriegsmarine i read that theres 37 according to this site theres 36 http://www.axishistory.com/index.php?id=1768

any help on whos missing from the list

seems to be a bit of a problem the only know photograph of the clasp in wear is:

accordingly the name is that of Herbert Grohne however out of the 37 winners of the clasp he isn't one of them does this mean hes not Herbert Grohne or that theres actually 38 winners:

My understanding is that there is no complete listing of Honour Roll recipients - the list is just a tally of those known to date.

From it's inauguration on May 13, 1944, recipients were published in attachments to the Marineverordnungsblatt but only up until March 1, 1945, and only after their names had filtered through the reporting system. No doubt there were names that hadn't made it into publication by that time, from both before and after March 1.
