New Naval Arrivals on Vet Belt

Hello all, here are some new naval arrivals for your opinions.
I have a feeling that it is all good but must have been collected post war.

First couple of pictures are general views

    Many thanks
    Doug

          Hi Doug,

          All Schwerins I believe.

The Minesweeper is a good late war zinc Schwerin. The Coastal Artillery and Fleet badges both look like worn patinated Tombak Schwerins to me. The Blockade Breaker looks like an unworn Tombak Schwerin.

All impressions from the obverse of course. Can you show a view of the reverse hardware?

          Best regards,
          ---Norm

Thanks you for your prompt reply Norm.
I will have a go at taking some back shots tomorrow in daylight.
The belt has had an additional belt riveted to the inside to protect the pins during wear.

If they do turn out to ba all Scwerins that will really cheers me up.

I will try with flash and LED in a moment

            Kind regards
            Doug

You are right on the Blockade breaker Norm, it came off easy enough but as you can see the others are quite tightly attached under the backing belt

                Hi Doug,

Actually I wasn't quite right about the Blockade Breaker. It is indeed a Schwerin but it's not Tombak, it's an awesome condition mint zinc dishback.

                Best regards,
                ---Norm

                  Hi Doug,

What a great load of stuff. Congratulations! Looks like there is a lot of money pinned to that belt.

                  Best regards,
                  Tom

                      Hi Doug,

Even leaving the badges on the belt, views from the top end of the reverse showing the hinge block should give you your answers.

                      Best regards,
                      ---Norm

Was that belt on Antiques Road Show England? I swear there was one on there just like it...

                          Regards,
                          Chris G.

                              Great Find

Great find there Doug. Be very careful with the badges on the belt. You never know how the Vet affixed them and they are old.

                              Awesome and Congrats!
