Dear Lillegutt,

in the actual auction, it says "AS&S" which is bogus. There ARE maker mark "AS" 2nd version E-boat badges but I can say that this is not one of them even without seeing the reverse. Mark pictured a real "AS" recently.

In my opinion, regardless which maker mark it finally bears, it looks like a copy. Nasty pockmarks on the boat, finish is off, base metal is off.

I hope seller will send pics of back .
It stand that the letter is in a triangel , so I think that the seller could have read teh letter wrong . But I skip this one !!
And catch som badges from Detlev .
Yupp ! Badge is a fake , don`t get any pics , but a description of back . Bagde have not ball-hinge and incrimped catch . After description pin is more like 1957 pin . not round .
