Stangnes should be Marine Artillerie Abteilung 511/2 Harstad Süd with
3X10,5 cm SK L/45 C/06. Stangenes could be in southern Norway

Stangenes did have defensive positions as part of the outer defences of Kristiansand but i'm not sure if this relates to there or Stangnes at Harstad in the north.
