Bacqueville u-boot or not?

Your experts opinions are more than welcome,
is this real bacqueville u-boot badge?
Hinge and pin have seen some rough times, like the whole badge, almost all gilding has gone. Picture was taken with flash, so it's horrible, sorry about that.

God knows I'm not a fan of the crude Bacqueville KM badges but IMO this is what you get when you try to cast an "original" Bacqueville badge, an even cruder looking copy. Sorry.
