E boat Badge

i have 2 other badges a E boat badge and another badge of wich i think it's naval they look different then my panzerkampfabzeichen and i have no clue if they are real or not . i will post the link to the pics here and hope Graeme will put them on this thread. can you help me out with some info please?

Tnx for your reply i tought so cozz i have a original PKA and the hinges on that one are very different and the color doesn't look right to me either. they are part of a bunch of items my dad left me when he past away of wich most is authentic but i guess even he got screwed somewhere along the way on his trips to germany, he probably paid cash for it

i better put these 2 in the junkbox then
