The finish on all these badges is simply fine. They nicely show the details of the badges and highlight their character. All tough to upgrade.

wise words indeed Darrell; i could do well by following your advice myself as I have often jumped on a badge without thinking it through too well and have ended up with something that eventually In will want to upgrade.

love the finishes on the badges shown. My E boat has basically no finish remaining, i still am happy with it mind you.
