    Hi Hagwalther,

It looks good and is in all likeliness made by Juncker.
    Cheers, Frank

      Hi Hagwather,

I agree nice buntmetall Juncker AC badge. Together with the Schwerin badges these are IMO the most desirable and best made AC badges. As far as I'm aware these are also the only two makers that made this badge in buntmetall. Schwerin continued making them in zinc but I can't recall ever to have seen a zinc Juncker AC.

Here is my badge to compare it to.

Schwerin and Juncker are visually very similar. There are lots of subtle little differences but a couple of very quick easy ways to tell.

            Here's a Tombak Schwerin

Look at the Longitude line next to the British Isles, it misses Ireland which is a bit of a shapeless blob.

Juncker has Ireland better defined and the Longitude line runs right through it.

Top left reverse corner. Look at the angular cut of the inside edge of the oakleaf wreath. Compare this to the Juncker version which is shaped more to the profile of the leaf.

At the big German dealers you will be laying somewere between 600/800 Euro for one of these, depending on condition and were you shop. 225 Sterling sounds like a very good deal, got any pics Ray?

I think we can settle on it being authentic and by Juncker.

                          Excellent work by all concerned.
