    Juncker Auxiliary Cruiser for opinions

Hi Gents. Got a chance on the ACB but just wanted some opinions. The last one I owned had a darkened globe while this one doesn't have that type of burnishing.

    Thanks in advance...

    Hello Peter,

the detail of the swastika and eagle are very beautiful in that badge, it is worth to buy in my opinion.

      Hi Peter,

      Beautiful mint badge!

I think it's just a different treatment of the globe to leave it bright silver instead of chemically darkening it. You see similar variations in the reverse treatments of some Juncker Coastal Artillery and Minesweeper badges -- some are left silver and on others the silvering is chemically darkened. I guess they couldn't make up their minds which looked better?

      Best regards,
      ---Norm

To be honest these Juncker badges are rather common...

Yes the unmarked ones are quite common but not in this condition
