    Three Navy Badges for review

Here are three navy badges that I am going to put on the e-stand if they check out OK. Any help on makers for the two unmarked and authenticity for the three would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks everyone!!

        Hi Tony,

        1) A good tombak Destroyer, the so-called "unmarked G.W.L", which was made by either the firm of Gebrüder Wegerhoff, Lüdenscheid or by Wilhelm Deumer (we can't be sure which but either way in Lüdenscheid).

        2) Unfortunately a high end reproduction of a Schwerin Fleet badge.

        3) A good tombak U-boat of the Schickle/Mayer design, heavily hand vaulted, but we'd need to see closeups of the catch in profile to determine if it's been replaced or not.

        Best regards,
        ---Norm

Thank You Norm! Wow another fake. Does not suprise me anymore.
Here are a couple more pics of the Sub badge catch.
          Thanks again,
          Tony

            Hi Tony,

The catch on the U-boat is good and original. That type of round wire catch with the flattened base is less common on these U-boats and is more typical of the Schickle/Mayer-type Destroyer badges. Nice to see.

            Best regards,
            ---Norm

Thank You very much Norm. The knowledge on this forum is truly unreal. Its good to know there was a dud in the mix before I put it on the e-stand.
              Thanks again!!

                Hi Tony,
I fully agree with Norm's assesment.
                Cheers,
                Hubert
