Truly awful pictures!

Since it looks like it's tryiing to be a zinc badge, my first impression is a zinc Deumer (see this thread). But the catch looks different from the usual round wire -- possible the same sheet metal stamped catch as on the Minesweepers -- and the cutouts around the lower gun seem different as well from the usual Deumer/GWL design.

We really need better photos to decide about this one given the anomalies.
