Suspicious 1st pattern Schwerin S-boot

I was offered enclosed badge and I do not like it very much - obverse details, cutouts around flag pole, it lacks this scratch in lower part of the reverse.
Your opinions will be much appreciated!

What about this 2nd pattern Schwerin U-boat clasp in bronze? It is from the same seller but this time nothing to worry about IMO, although pictures are very bad.
Do you agree?

I can only agree with the others, the S-Boat is bogus, but the clasp looks fine to me.

The very good quality repro 1st pattern S-boot appears to have several improvements over previous examples I've seen of this type. The fakers are indeed learning but there are still quite a few subtle things wrong with it.

The clasp goes to my collection along with mint tombak Schwerin Blockade Runner, tombak Schwerin Destroyer and rare zink Mayer U-boat, marked L/18 on pin, all from the same guy. I'll take pictures of rest of badges next week and will also post them on the forum.
