Honour clasp

Hi all.
This is my first post so, I hope I have done the right thing here.
I need a lot of help here if you all have the time.

I cam across this unusual looking case the other day and just had to have it. I do not collect kriegsmarine stuff but, it looked to good to let it go.

After much searching and being told there was no such badge, I decided to try here. The badge looks like a navy honour clasp that is hollow as you can see the top left of the wreath is slightl squashed.

The outside of the case also had a high seas fleet badge on it. This badge looks to be slighly curved as there is a space under the central area.

Any info would be good please.
