    F.O. HSF Fleet Badge for review

    Hi all, I wonder if I could have a spot of help in reviewing this one please.

    From comparing with others on the forum it looks promising to my eye, but I’m a beginner & this is the first kriegsmarine badge for me.

    Pictures are taken without flash at 25 seconds exposure in poor daylight. You can see some evidence of the original gold finish in some of the crevices. I’ve photoshopped out the swastika to keep the image bank people happy. The clasp is broken (which I think is quite common with F.O. HSF badges ??)

    The finish in picture 1 isn’t really as shiny as it appears in the photo.

      Personally I see nothing wrong with this badge. I used to have same f.o. HSF with another hardware and broken catch as well. More experienced members know more about this badge for sure.

        Thanks Josef, much appreciated. My son wants it for a birthday present to add to his collection, so its nice to have a better idea.
