No it is not repaired, only a material is aplied around the pin conecting to medal. No crack on the pin!
If the medal is Postwar, what price range should i put?

Good question, have a similar one from Ebay and paid 45-50 Euro for it. Maybe you can get more as it's not that common even as postwar and maybe not, depends.

I had one laying on a table with some trinkets at a small local show that some buddies and I have a few tables at, I think I did about 7 dollars in sales (I did not bring anything good just some dollar items--once in a while I set up a nice display) and some mope stole it it was a beautiful piece and the best piece I had laying on the table but one of the post war versions...the thief probably thought it was gold.
