    Naval honor roll clasp in gold ?

    HEY GUYS, I NEED TO KNOW IF THIS IS REAL PRONTO. THE GUY SAID IT IS A KREIGSMARINE HONOR ROLL CLASP. PLEASE COMMENT I NEED ADVISE, AND I APPRECIATE ANY ADVISE.

    My advice is closeups. Especially the reverse and the prongs.

      From the book "Torpedo los!" Only one was awarded to a U-Boat crewman, this being a posthumous award to Korvettenkapitan Ottokar Paulssen, commandant of U-557. The book has a good front photo, but no picture of the back. It does not mention how many over all were awarded by the Kriegsmarine.

      There was good advise posted about getting bigger photos of the front and back of this clasp. It looks to be a very rare item indeed and most likely costly...

        I agree with the previous comments. Can not possibly give an opinion based on these photos. Close-ups are a must.
