    Schwerin Aux Cruiser - Opinions?

    Hi Guys,

What is your opinion of this badge, I have done the full research from what is posted in the AUX badge makers thread and belive this to be a beauty. The catch and the hinge do look a little different but I thought I'd throw it up for your vast knowledge and welcom opinions

Looks exactly like mine......wait it is mine. I of course think it's excellent too. Vet family pickup.

He had placed in a frame and held it place with a bit of wood putty. You can see slight residue on the catch.

There is no problem with the catch or hinge--standard for this badge. The globe is aluminum, they were all aluminum with SB tombak aux. cruisers. One had an oxidized finish, the other plain, but both are aluminum as is yours.

If you are thinking about buying it, go ahead. This would be hard to upgrade by any standard.

Thanks for the opinions on the badge gents.

Knowing how I got it, stuck to the Vet's display board, extracting the badge from both the wood putty and his display board makes this badge personally all that much more desirable to own.

I thought it was TE's, but no matter, great badge Jeff. John
