managed to split pics , but its a mb file and i can t shrink em to load on waf , does my head in

Any images provided to you that are at an angle is a warning sign. You only need a clear straight on front, back with pin down, back with pin up. Only 3 are needed.

As far as shrinking the image, you can photoshop it or just use one of the many online resizing programs that are free assuming you do not have a good photo program installed in your computer.
