Unknown Aux badge, need some help please

    Hello folks!!!

I have the chance to buy these badges from the daughter of former Kriegsmarine member.

His name was "Bruno Karl von Richter".

One of the badges is this unmarked Auxilary Cruiser. I´ve searched nearly all threads, but I´ve found nothing. The other badges are looking good to me.

First I thought it´s an unmarked Souval, but the spearhead is missing.

What does the community thinks about this badge? Maybe somebody has heard from this guy.

    Please give me a hand!!!

    Regards

    Thomas

Thomas, I've never seen a Hilfskreuzer like that, but my stomach yells NO!

              cheers

                  Hi guys!!!

Thanks for your answers. I´ve also never seen an Aux like this one. Everything is funny on this badge. I also dindn´t get any informations about this mystic guy: Bruno Karl von Richter

                  So, thanks again.

                  Regards

I am definately not too keen on this badge at all.It reminds me of a Staegemeir fake?
The basemetal certainly does not look like zinc to me.
Interesting that it came with what appears to be two original badges.
I will try to find out if i can get any information on a Hilfskreuzer crewman named von Richter.

                    Regards,Martin.

                      Thomas:

I have no perfect matches with "von Richter" in my crew listings. However there were some crewmen named "Richter" among the crews. One on Pinguin--survived the sinking. One on Michel's second cruise--lost with ship. One on Thor's first cruise. Two others on Thor's second cruise--both captured later. None were named Bruno Heinz, the closest match is one named Karl-Heinz. Hope that helps!

                      IMO badge is bad.

                      Joe

                        Hi Martin!!!

That would be great. I´ve found nothing about crewman von Richter.

                        Regards

                            Hello, you two great guys!!!

Thanks again for researching the name. I appreciate that very much and again thanks for helping.

I think now, Bruno Karl von Richter was not a crewman on an Aux, he was only a collector. The daughter told me rubbish.

                            Many regards

                            Thomas
