Never seen anything like it? Not a known original, that is for sure.

This type of badge is beleived by many to be postwar. Here is a past thread, and more information can be found if you do a forum search here.
              Just type in "Wilhelm".
I personally do not like this type of badge and i would not want one in my collection. There are dealers out there who beleive that these badges are period pieces and sell them as such.

                        Hello,
This is a good example of why you should use the search function first on this forum. A little research can save you a lot of time and money. Researching an item first is key and I know something about researching stuff; I am a history teacher.

                        Regards,
                        Jody

Wow! Repro casting of imo an old fake.

What next? A repro of a casting of a "French" KM badge?

                          Regards
                          Mike

Evaluate the item, not the story and not the seller's reputation!

If you PM/contact me without the courtesy of using your first name, please don't be offended if I politely ignore you!

I am waiting for a repro casting of a Frank and Reif U-boat badge. I want one of those.
