Microsoft Office Picture is the best free reducer/editor out there. Try opening "Right Click" on the image, open with> then select this function and then use the photo editor.

The dealer is summer vacation mil-I am seeing he sells alot of bad items. This one looked good though, even has the pinhead flaw. Wish I could get a better pic.Comment

Best to wait. One of the first warning signs for an online seller is small or blurry images. Keep your cash in your pocket for now.
