Unmarked U-boat Badge Question

Guys, hopefully someone can help resolve who was the manufacturer of an unmarked uboat badge. This badge was well worn and almost all of the original finish is gone leaving only the tombak underneath exposed. The pin is broken, but both it and the catch were made of nickel silver.



The real distinguishing point is the rudder. It is considerably larger than what is found on a Schwerin, FO, or several other marked badges.



Question is does anyone have a maker-marked badge with the large rudder?

Unknown Maker?

The other main distinguishing feature of these badge is the breast of the eagle. The other two types are as found on Schwerin which is the slim chest and the FO type which is the large heart or shield shape chest. This seems to fall into the middle.

I do vaguely recall a previous thread where some members did suggest a manufacturer of these.
