Expert advise needed u-boat badge

Hallo everyone! My first time on this forum, thank you for the oppurtunity. I would please like some expert advise on my u-boat badge, it has no manufacturing marks. I would appreciate it if anyone could assist in trying to identify the manufacturer. Many thanks Gareth
