    L 18 Destroyer

    Me again!!!

What do you think about this L 18 destroyer with expertise from staegemayer? Is there a chance to be real??? There are not a lot of threats to compare. Any opinions are welcome.

    Regards

    Thomas

Hi Thomas nothing like a L/18. MM looks like L13? Or is that me, sometimes the strikes on the L18 were partly missing making it look like a 3 instead of an 8, that mark looks very solid thou, and still not an L18. All the best

Seeing that name on any CoA should have you turning around a moving away. Luckily this one is pretty easy. You should have taken a look at the list of makers pinned to the top of this forum or looked at the GCA database. The L/18 is different.

Hello Lupo and all the others!!

First of all, thank you for all of your opinions.

Of course I know staegemayer alias africa hero, alias, alias and so on :-))

Perhaps I´am only a dreamer, but I still have the hope to see only one item from him which is original.

                Again thanks

                Regards

                      Agreed, a reproduction IMHO.

Patrick, Nice badge man! If that was formerly in your collection I'd like to see what's in its place now!

                      Cheers, S

He does have originals, however, if you decide to buy one, I would be in the shop for a hand to hand transfer.

Do you really want to deal with it?
