    U-Boat Distinctive Badge?

    I have had this badge for around 10 years. It came with a group of German and Italian wartime items brought back by a veteran. I was wondering if it might be U-Boat related.

    Sorry to say this, but it more looks like a carnival badge.
    In the centre you can see "Till Eulenspiegel" - in Germany a character of a book. Till Eulenspiegel is like a clown.

      I have to support Jörg´s opinion, to me it also looks like a Carnival badge.
