      IMO,it appears to be a good dishback Schwerin zinc badge.
      Not the finish i would expect to see on a zinc Schwerin,which puzzles me,but at this point it looks like a good one.

                              Well, you are usually right on these badges, but in this case I am interested in what you are seeing wrong.

                              The pin looks a bit short, but the dishback, peeling of the reverse--just looks like a very worn badge to be explaining the squashed look to the letters.

                              Let us know what you are seeing that looks wrong to you.
