I agree looks ok from these pictures. The color is a little wierd. I would imagine it's the lighting.

Color

These pictures were taken outdoors so that's close to the true color. I don't know what kind of alloy was used in the gilding process but obviously this badge has aged over the years. I'm assuming I shouldn't try to clean it but how come some others I see are such a bright shiny gold?
