With that last observation from NZ, this thread is closed. The topic has been discussed numerous times on the Collector Community Forum.

There is absolutely no way anybody can tell if a badge has history or not based on condition. If you think you can, fine with me.

What type of badge and what condition of that badge desired by a collector is up to the collector----
