U-Boat war badge, original? maker R.K.

    Hi!

Please have a look on this one. It´s an original u-boat badge? I would like to buy it. What would be a good price in this condition and if original?
    What is the maker R.K.?

              Catch

Shouldn't the Catch be crimped in instead of cast in?
I am not sure about it?

Two styles of catch on this one Steve. This is OK. John

For me this one is no good. I have seen at least 5 of these badges with the same exact impressions on the reverse, some with other maker marks. Here is a link to one that is marked RK like this one http://www.germancombatawards.com/th...?threadid=5679 and another http://www.germancombatawards.com/th...threadid=12351
                    Regards,
                    Brian

                    EDIT: another thread here: http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...ght=RK+pattern
