    Destroyer & Minesweeper

    Gents,

Furthering my knowledge on Naval badges I picked up these for inspection.

The destroyer in the middle is R.S stamped and maintains quite a lot of finish. The needle is slightly kinked. What are the 3 circles on the back? It also has an anomaly on the catch.

The minesweeper on the right is mint and maker marked RSS.

What do you think? I will post more pictures once my battery has charged on the camera.

    Regards

    Steve

For me both are original but the minesweeper looks repainted.

                            Rudiger,

Thanks for your reply. I am happy that the minesweeper is not a repaint. It is just a very sweet piece.

                            Regards

                            Steve
