I have noticed, expecially with the Minesweeper and Destroyer badges, that some seem to have lost their distinction from the wreath making them the same overall color.
The badges are still good and such; however, how much of a price reduction does those badges have since there is loss of the silver finish.
I am thinking that it is sort of comparable to the War Merit Crosses and finding one with the silvering intact.
Am I right in thinking that there is a market drop/price difference for this condition?
