Hi Jason,
This appears to be a cast repro from the pics - although the hardware is correct the obverse detail is poor and there appears to be a lot of small casting pockmarking on the reverse.

The hinge on the coastal looks like it was cast with the badge. The minesweeper is definitely bad. Sorry for the bad news Jason.
