E-Boat-1 Steinhauer Luck: good or bad?

Plated german silver badge, 56x43 mm, 34.83 gm, Steinhauer & Luck, nickel fittings, tomback plated wreath, mottled dark rev finish.

I just got this on approval. I have some bad vibes about this one. Is it good or bad??

Pure junk. S&L badges for the S-boot look nothing like this on the reverse (including the maker mark).
