Hi John,
Not something I am familar with, but my first impression is Imperial. Do you have any scans of the reverse?

These are sleeve insignia. I guess it is a memberbadge of a freicorps but not from marinebrigade Erhard Wilhelmshaven or marinebrigade Löwenfeld Kiel. there is another marinebrigade ( there where three ) but I have no informations about that. Perhaps it belongs to this brigade.
