I tried posting this on the photos and documents forum with no response so I thought I would try here. I am looking for photos of Type II U-Boats, especially details of the conning tower and decks. Does anyone have any photos they would like to share? Thank you.

My GrandFather (born in Germany) was mechanic all war long on this U-boat

Colt45s, are these your pics or are they scanned from a book? If the latter, please provide the reference.

I wish I could help but I don't have anything other than pics from the book 'U boats Under the Swastika', there are a few type II's in there.....are you building again?

Just starting to gather information. Have to finish up a S-Boot first. Just got the new Type II from Special Navy and am waiting to see what after market stuff will come out. Already picked up a laser cut wood deck for it.
