    Schwerin S-boat on e-stand

    Did anyone see the Schwerin S-boat 1st pattern on the e-stand yesterday? The seller was asking 900 euros for a pristine example. I sent a pm and at least a couple of members posted positive comments on the sales thread.
    Anyway, this morning there was no trace of the thread at all. It just vanished.
    I know I wasn't dreaming and I didn't have too much to drink last night because I still have the pm sent in my mailbox.

    Hi Frank,

    Yes, I saw it - an excellent price. Certainly not pristine though. Quite a bit of wear to the finish from memory (I didn't save the pics) and the top hook looked "customised" but even so, a very nice example.

            If it is marked "sold", the thread is removed by the moderators. It is not deleted, but only visible for the moderators.

                  Here's a link showing it and others here on the WAF.
                  It is a nice badge at a great price. I would like to see a closeup of the top hook. It looks to have been cut. This was pointed out to me by another member.
