The Souval U-boat looks like an original, but has some issues, in my opinion. The wing detail to the left of the eagle's chest looks poor. Could be the photo, or maybe that area is badly corroded? The badge also strikes me as refinished.
The U-boat Combat Clasp looks good, in my opinion. However, I have little experience in these clasps and have never been lucky enough to own one yet. So don't put too much trust in my opinion on that one. I'm sure that others, with much more experience on these, will offer their opinions. A better picture of the catch, in good light, may help as well. Tentatively, I say both the badge and clasp are
