Paul,

the Artillerie badge looks like a good zinc example by Foerster and Barth.The finish,if original looks to be in great condition.

Hi Paul,

Both badges are imo original zincers. The finish on both would be the only thing to check out carefully and make sure they haven't been re-finished.
