          Hi Guillaume,

A definite poor quality casting in the wrong basemetal with the wrong hardware.

I've noticed in some of the better micro casts on the market today (Hero comes to mind ) the scratches and flaws in the badge they use for the casting is transfered right over onto the cast copy. When they give the copy a mint finish the base metal is hidden and even some of those scratches, but the major imperfections still show (to our advantage). It always used to confuse me how the maker marks could be so perfect on these castings until I understood how the micro casts were made. Weights can be 'played' with, but it takes a near mint piece to produce a mint copy.
